A little about me

I grew up in Ithaca, NY where I trained in singing, acting, and dancing since the age of ten. After attending Brown University, where I majored in Russian and international relations, I lived around the country and world, including Russia, Ecuador, and Mexico. I now speak four languages, including English, plus French, Russian, and Spanish.

I rekindled my passion for the performing arts while studying Kaula Tantra Yoga and Camino Rojo Shamanism in Ecuador in 2019. Immediately after in, I began modeling with Wilhelmina Denver and film acting in Colorado, using my corporate background to assist in producing. In late 2020, I starred in my first independent feature, shot in Mexico, and recently moved to LA where I have also started songwriting again and dance training in addition to acting.

For me, all the arts, languages, and cultures feed each other, and these experiences feed my performances and teamwork.

This bilingual feature was shot in Mexico from 2020-2021 and is currently submitting to festivals. It is crime thriller about an American woman who disappears in a small town that is dominated by horse racing in Mexico.

I designed Bite-Size Yoga, while struggling with corporate burnout as a software developer and e-learning designer in Seattle. My unhealthy stress-coping methods were taking a toll on me and I wanted to find a more sustainable way to be efficient and operate.

I started incorporating "bite-size" yoga and meditation practices into my commute and workday. After, I trained and certified as a yoga instructor in order to share these simple effective technique with every day people who may know that yoga could help but don't know where to begin.
