I'm a multi-lingual (English, French, Russian, and Spanish) American actress of Finnish, Irish, Latvian, Norwegian, English, and Danish descent, living in LA.

I am signed with Wilhelmina Denver in Colorado and recently starred in an indie feature in Mexico.

About Me

  1. I was born in Raleigh, NC and grew up in Ithaca, NY, where I trained in singing, acting, and dancing since I was ten years old.
  2. I have a BA from Brown University and an MA from the University of Washington in Russian, International Relations, and Linguistics.
  3. I used to work in corporate tech (first as software programmer, then in learning and development).
  4. In 2019, I was a performance artist-in-residence under German directors in Ecuador and then began commercial modeling with Wilhelmina Denver and film acting in Colorado.
  5. In 2021, I starred in my first independent feature, shot in Mexico, and moved to LA, where I train in voice and dance in addition to acting.
  6. I am a dual-citizen with Canada and have spent significant time in Russia, France, Ecuador, and Mexico.

I designed Bite-Size Yoga, while struggling with corporate burnout as a software developer and e-learning designer in Seattle. My unhealthy stress-coping methods were taking a toll on me and I wanted to find a more sustainable way to be efficient and operate.

I started incorporating "bite-size" yoga and meditation practices into my commute and workday. After, I trained and certified as a yoga instructor in order to share these simple effective technique with every day people who may know that yoga could help but don't know where to begin.
